I am Deborah Wortman a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor in Halifax, West Yorkshire. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am CRB checked and registered with UKCP the organization that registers qualified therapists .. I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. This can be on a private basis or in some instances arranged through employers as part of their Employment Assistance Program. I also offer counselling to young people aged 13 -18 years, for which I have received specialist training. When considering a counsellor for a young person it is important that the counsellor has had specific training in working with them and dealing with issues arising during adolescence.
